The statement is mailed to a student's local (current) address on file. A separate billing address may be established for mailing statements to an address other than the student's. Billing addresses are updated only by the account holder (student) from the Student Portal.
A billing address is provided to allow the student to have a Statement of Account sent to a third party for payment. Due to FERPA regulations, Student Business Services is limited in the information it may provide to a parent or third party of the student.
Students are encouraged to work with Student Business Services to resolve questions or disputes.
It is the student's responsibility to update addresses. Before leaving campus (summer months, withdrawal, or extended field study), be sure the correct address is on file.
