1. BACK OF THE BILL

The Account Information button links you to the back of the bill. Here you will find details about important dates, payment methods, anticipated aid, and much more.

 

2. IMPORTANT DATES

In the upper right portion of the bill you will find this important information. The account number should be the same as your student ID. The statement date is the date that the bill was produced. The late after date is the date you must pay by in order to avoid any late fees. The amount due is the amount that must be paid by the late after date.

 

3. PREVIOUS BALANCE

This portion of your bill shows the sum total due from the previous month's bill. Students are advised to pay all balances in full to avoid additional late fees, transcript holds and holds on enrollment. Students that receive financial aid should be sure to pay the previous balance in order to avoid interrupted services.

 

4. CURRENT CHARGES

charges

This portion of the bill shows the current charges on the student's account. The date listed is the date that the charges were posted to the account. The account balance includes any charges that are listed above in the previous balance section.

 

5. ANTICIPATED AID

anticipated aid

This section of the bill lists your anticipated financial aid. Financial aid cannot credit your account more than 10 days prior to the beginning of the quarter. Anticipated aid for the upcoming quarter will not apply toward any balance remaining from the prior year. There may be changes between anticipated aid and the actual financial aid credited to your account.
