CONTESTED CHARGES
Please contact the unit ( i.e.: Housing for Flexi Dollars, Meal Plans, or Repairs or the Health Center regarding pharmacy or health center charges) that assessed the charges you are contesting. Otherwise, you are responsible for any late payment fees. Remember, charges can be assessed AFTER your Financial Aid has disbursed. It is your responsibility to pay these charges.
After you have contacted the unit reponsible for assessing a late fee, notify Student Business Services that you are contesting a late fee via email at oarinfo@uscs.edu or by phone at (831) 459-2107. Student Business Services can place a 30 day late fee waiver on your account while the charge is being contested.
