How To Make an ePayment

  1. Go to MyUCSC and login with Cruz ID and Gold password.
  2. Students, click the ‘My Account $’ tile.
  3. Click the link UCSC eBill/ePay. (Faculty and Staff, this link is on your homepage). This will redirect to UCSC eBill/ePay site.
  4. From the Overview/landing page, select the ‘Make a Payment’ button at the bottom of this page, or select the ‘Make a Payment’ menu option on the left-hand side of the page.
  5. Proceed thru the payment process as directed.  You will not be able to make a payment if you currently have a zero ($0) balance.
  6. The payment amount will never be defaulted, you MUST enter the amount you wish to pay.
  7. Any type of payment made to a student account will always be posted to the oldest charge first (a 529 Payment is the exception to this).
  8. All Online/ePayments made will be posted to the MyUCSC account the following business day.
  9. Online payments may take 24-48 hours to be processed by your bank or Credit Card Company or 529 Plan.
  10. Online payments may be made via eCheck/ACH payments (electronic check using your bank account) or by Credit Card or via a 529 Payment Plan account.
