Coming Fall 2019: SBS Financial Service Center 

This Summer, The Cashier's Office is merging with the customer service portion of The Student Business Services Office and becoming the SBS Financial Service Center. We will be providing the same services as before, but now under one roof! 

The goals of our re-model are to have all student account interactions in one location, streamline cashiering and customer service operations, and to better utilize SBS resources and space.

Unfortunately this means we'll be closing the familiar location in the Hahn Building,  (room 102) for the Summer and creating a ruckus for a bit while our space is upgraded. We will be housed in the Hahn Building Room 203 upstairs during the closure from June 24th to early September and will re-open as the SBS Financial Service Center!

If you need to make a payment during Summer you may pay online via the UCSC eBill/ePay system (Payments will be applied within 24 hours of remittance). For Summer Session specific charges, please see Summer Sessions website on different ways to pay: https://summer.ucsc.edu/tuition-aid/payment-refund.html

We will still be accepting cash, checks and cashier's checks via our outside 24 hour depository near the North Entrance of the building, however, we will not be able to process your payments in person. You may also submit a check made out to the "UC Regents" by mail to:
