  • Important InformationIn the upper right portion of the bill you will find this important information. The account number should be the same as your student ID. The statement date is the date that the bill was produced. The late after date is the due date. Charges paid after this date are past due.

    The previous balance shown here was the amount due on your previous bill. Students are advised to pay all balances in full to avoid holds on enrollment and other University services. Students that receive financial aid should be sure to pay the previous balance in order to avoid an interruption of services/holds.

    This portion of your bill shows new charge activity.   • This portion shows any payments and 'credits' to your account since your prior bill was generated.

  • Anticipated Aid

  • Anticipated AidThis section of the bill lists your anticipated financial aid. Financial aid cannot credit your account more than 10 days prior to the beginning of the quarter. Anticipated aid for the upcoming quarter will not apply toward any balance remaining from the prior academic year. There may be changes between anticipated aid and the actual financial aid credited to your account.
