UCSC ePay eBill Changes


    1/25/2018

  • Reminder - Parents/Other payers must be invited/re-invited to be Other Payers/Parent PINs on the new eBill/ePay site in order to be notified when new eBills are posted to your account.

    In the previous system, MyUCSC account holders could enter the parent email address as their second email address in their profile on the eBill/ePay site  and the parent would get an email (but not have access as an other payer).  This cannot be done in the new system.

    If they are not invited to be an Other Payer/Parent PIN, then the MyUCSC account holder is responsible for notifying the parent/Other Payer when new eBills are posted to their account.

  • Billing history - Under construction
    We will be loading billing history to the new UCSC eBill/ePay starting later today (1/23).
    As a result, the bill that was already there will be gone temporarily but will be re-loaded as part of the process.
    We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • The new/improved UCSC eBill/epay site is up!

    All parents/other payers MUST be re-invited in order to have access.  They will receive the link to the new Parent site when they get invited.  This is currently the only way to get this link!

    Students/Faculty/Staff continue to sign in via MyUCSC using the UCSC eBill/ePay link.

    As of today only the most recent billl is available. We anticipate having the rest of the bills available in the coming days.

  • The UCSC eBill/Pay link is currently unavailable as the site is ‘under construction’.

    The Link will work again tomorrow at approximately 2pm - and take you to the new/improved eBill/ePay site.


    The link to the Other Payer/Parent site is no longer valid.

    All Parents/Other Payers must be re-invited starting 1/10/2018.

    When they are invited, they will get the new link for the Authorized Other Payers/Parent Pins site.

  • A new and improved UCSC eBill/ePay site is coming in January!

    The new site will display balance information that will be updated daily.

    UCSC account holders will now see the amount they need to pay to release a credit history hold.

    The current site will come down on January 9, 2018.

    The UCSC ebill/ePay link for students/faculty and staff on MyUCSC will come down
    The Other Payer website/link will come down

    The new site will come up on January 10, 2018

    The link for students/faculty and staff on MyUCSC will come back up – you will be automatically linked to the new site when you click on UCSC eBill/ePay!

    There will be a new link for parents/Other payers

    IMPORTANT!  The Other Payers (Parents) from the existing site will NOT be brought forward to the new site.  ALL PARENTS must be re-invited by their students in order to have access to the new Other Payer/Parent PIN site.  This can only be done AFTER the new site is up and available to the students.

    Step by step instructions for both inviting Parents/Authorized other payers and Parents/Authorized Other payers setting up their new log in/account access will be on this site.

    No banking information will be brought forward from the existing site.  Users can re-enter/save bank account information to be used for making eCheck payments once they get access to the new site.

  • Changes Coming Soon

    New UCSC eBill/ePay site coming in January 2018.

    Students/Staff and Faculty will continue to access the site via the UCSC eBill/ePay link on their homepage at MyUCSC. Bills from the past 12 months will be loaded into the new site for your convenience.  If you need copies of an eBill older than that, you will need to go and get them off of the current site before the switch.

    New features:  

    Your account balance from MyUCSC will be updated daily and show all unpaid charges on your account (regardless of due date) as shown under Charges Due (MyUCSC > My Account $ > Charges Due). This is in addition to your eBill being posted/displayed on the site.

    New edits for duplicate payments will hopefully reduce the possibility of making additional/unwanted payments.  

    A new look and feel that will display everything you need on the ‘your account’ page on the new site.

    Better, more comprehensive ‘help’ online on the site.

    Changes:

    When the new system comes into place, students MUST re-invite any Authorized Other Payers they want to have access to view eBills and make eCheck payments for their account.  

    No saved banking information will be brought forward.  

    Students will be responsible for re-setting passwords for Authorized Other Payer/Parent Pin accounts.

    Authorized Other Payers/Parent Pins will have a new Login Page to access the site.
