FAQ - Payments
Q: How and where can I make a payment?
A: Payments can be made several ways:
- In Person at the Financial Service Center:
Payments made directly at the Financial Service Center during regular business hours will be processed the same day.
- Via Depository Drop Slot (exterior of Hahn Bldg. accessible 24 hours a day)
Payments dropped in the exterior depository will be processed and posted to account the following business day.
- With eBill/ePay:
- Payments through UCSC eBill/ePay are posted to your student account within one business day.
- By Mail:

Payments via mail can be made with check, cashiers check, or money order. Please make checks payable to "UC Regents". Please be sure to put your student account id number on the check for proper posting.
Do not send cash through the mail.

Q: I am planning on paying my tuition and fees by check. Who do I make the check out to?
A: Please make all checks payable to: UC Regents
Q: Does UCSC accept credit card payments?
A: Users can make Credit Card payments through the UCSC eBill/ePay site. UCSC accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Q: How can I make an International Payment?
A: UCSC accepts International Payments through flywire. For more information, please visit our flywire information page.
Q: Can I make a payment to the University via wire transfer?
A: Unfortunately UCSC cannot accept Domestic Wire Transfers as a form of payment at this time (this means payments made from a bank inside the U.S.). For information about international payments, please visit our flywire page, or e-mail sbs@ucsc.edu.
